PocketFaders - Instant QR Code Based Wireless Faders for Ableton Live

Control Ableton Live from your phone with zero setup. PocketFaders generates a QR code inside Ableton, scan it, and your phone instantly becomes a wireless, multitouch fader controller. Connect multiple phones at once to control the same banks together.

Setup Guide

1. Load the Device Drag PF.amxd onto any track in your Ableton Live set.

2. Enable Remote (One-time)

• Open Ableton Preferences -> Link/Tempo/MIDI.
• In the Input section, turn Remote ON for "PocketFader".
• In the Output section, turn Remote ON for "PocketFader".

2. Connect Scan the QR Code displayed on the device with your phone camera. Open the link to load the interface. (mac + phone should be on the same network)

4. Map

• Press Cmd+M (MIDI Map) in Ableton.
• Click a parameter (e.g., Track Volume).
• Move a fader on your phone.
• Exit Map Mode.
